ISS TITLE HOPES GO UP IN SMOKE
(PUFF, PUFF GIVE -
LIKE IN THE FILM "NEXT FRIDAY 2")

Start Date: - 01/04/08
Completion Date: - 16/04/08

Well Well Well…long suffering ISS readers or should I say long suffering ISS writer as in me, as I write all this doom and gloom suffering material at the end of the day. Once again a season that started with so much promise, present and future potential has wilted away like the flowers that bloom in the summer and die in the winter. Or should I say stay cool in the winter and when it's too hot in the summer, cant take the heat and so ISS get out of the kitchen? Any angle it's disappointing.

As in Life when things go wrong you try and work out where it started to go wrong! What was the root cause? It has to be the damning defeats in the cup matches and the total manor in both matches which caused more damage to the personnel in ISS with some players walking out on the team and a disjointed ISS becoming more apparent on the playing field (not a good look).

TOP TEAM:
Camden Lions have now made it mathematically impossible for ISS to finish top. All ISS have done is given other teams hope in finishing 2nd. And ISS next match against Camden lions (3rd April 2008 6pm kick-off) is irrelevant as Niyi (ISS manager) will not allow ISS to be promoted unless we are champions :-O. ISS are only playing for pride in their last three games. Camden Lions are unbeaten so far this season, so are worthy champions. But of course ISS don't want them to have an unbeaten season like Arsenal a couple of years back (Ahh those were the days :), and hope to inflict their 1st defeat of the season….Oh Dear forget all that fighting talk above as Camden inflict another heavy defeat to ISS, read BREAKING NEWS below.

THE OLD MAN IS BACK:
ISS Readers I'm not talking about your Dad. But the Dad of all Dads to the ISS team, Junior Turay. I swear this Guy has metal steel rods inside his body to keep him going like Terminator 3 / Bionic Woman (how bad is Michelle Ryan's American accent on the program!). Junior has played a number of games for ISS this season and his name should be placed in the ISS Hall of Fame, like the wrestler 'Ric Flair - The Nature Boy' in the WWE hall of fame during WrestleMania 24.

KEEPER:
No ISS Keeper for the rest of the season, due to a lack of protection from a referee in a mid table clash a couple of weeks ago. Mat has kindly taken the responsibility of being ISS keeper for the rest of the season, in other words ISS readers Niyi got the Goal Keeper gloves threw them at Mat's chest and said you're in Goal, Oh dear (in the voice of the blue Beast in X-men). But seriously though - Mat…Your efforts have been truly appreciated by the rest of the ISS Team. This appreciation is also extended to O'Neil who was keeper for ISS's Last two matches (mentioned in the 'BREAKING NEWS' section below).

TRAINING:
ISS have been Training with another team, more like a youth team, on a proper new generation pitch in upper holloway. With some of the younger footballers teaching a few ISS old dogs some new tricks.

CAUSALITIES:
Due to constant ISS issues on and off the field Big Name players have been on bench.
Players walking off and Players sulking on and off the field. But like War there will always be causalities

I have not missed a match report so far this season; I think please double check Niyi. If I have then Tough, I'm a human not a machine Niyi.

SEASON DRAWING TO AN END: - Only three matched left.
Currently in 3rd position (Hmm make that two matches read below…LOL Make that one match left - Damn I am LONG and late with these news reports).

BREAKING NEWS: - (04/04/2008) ISS Lost 6-0 (yes Six nil) to the Top team Camden Lions. Defence had a shocker and even if they didn't ISS would not have won as for the first time this season ISS have gone two games in a row without scoring a Goal. Cause for concern! NO…Cause for Some Goals and shutting up SHOP simple!

BREAKING NEWS: - (10/04/2008) from the extreme one week to the ridiculous the next. As ISS Finally Win another match in 2008 with an emphatic 10-1 goal blazing against team 'GIFT' Forwards finally delivered with three Hat-tricks (Steve & Wahab - Forward and Lanre - Midfield and one goal from the other forward Jason WOW!). But guess what people NIYI (ISS Manager) was still VEX! :-O as we should have scored 20. Oh well such is life you can't have it all at once.

TWISTS & TURNS:-
ISS now have a final game against Fallback (24/04/2008), who have 4 games in hand if Fallback lose a couple of these games and London Angels lose their final game and ISS Win the ISS finish 2nd. All Ifs and Buts for now, but at least there is still something to play for in the last game of the season.
